I have been very disappointed with Cape Ann Coffee lately. The coffee is weak and watery. The eggs taste like powdered eggs not real. Use to be my go to place but not anymore.

Got a breakfast sandwich. Make sure to note celiac/allergy because the toaster is shared. Of course it would have been better toasted, but the sandwich was good as is.

I had a super yummy gluten free breakfast sandwich! When I ordered I was asked if it was an allergy and they were careful not to cross contaminate

We ordered 3 gluten-free sandwiches (Roast Beef, Tuna, and BLT) and one regular sandwich - all four were delicious and plenty large. The gluten-free sandwiches were clearly marked with a heart sticker on the outside wrapper, and there were no problems with cross contamination. Very pleased with our lunches and the service was quick.

Love their cappuccinos. Some staff were more willing to help than others when I asked about ingredients in their gluten free food. Their gluten free banana bread was delicious! I read on here there’s at least one gluten free soup each day, but there were none when I visited - would still recommend though!
Awesome GF breakfast sandwiches!

Gluten free wraps available for all sandwiches, at least one GF soup available daily, careful about cross contamination although I had to be clear with what I needed. It's a nice place to grab a quick bite.
