We came here with my daughter who has celiac. I told the server of her allergy and she immediately told me she was going to wash her hands and get clean scoops from the back. They also got her fresh ice cream from the back to prevent any cross contamination. We really appreciated them doing that without even needing to ask! They also have vegan options for my dairy-free self.

— Good

Came here with the expectation of having a few safe, gluten free options. When I asked for gluten free, the servers seemed almost annoyed and told me that anything without cookies in it was GF. There was no offer to get ice cream that hadn’t been contaminated, no attempt to get a clean scooper, or anything that would have made me feel like I could safely eat the ice cream. I had to leave empty handed.

They keep separate ice cream tubs in the back room specifically for allergy concerned customers(my wife has Celiac), and they wash their hands as well as the scoop. If you get whip cream, they remove and wash the nozzle. They even have a separate container of spoons! Very safe and knowledgeable.

The variety could have been a bit larger but the second I said I was celiac they explained they needed to thoroughly wash a scoop and scoop from a fresh container from the back. I think they washed their hands as well and they got a spoon from under the counter. I got the chocolate chip and it was delicious. Will 100% be back!!
