We had an amazing experience here! The staff was super friendly and everything was absolutely delicious! They bring gf crackers out instead of bread which was a nice surprise too

Restaurant was fantastic. Food was great. Asked for a seafood over pasta dish - no gf pasta, so they do it over risotto cakes. Really a great meal.

Cape Sea Grille is easily the best restaurant we've visited in Cape Cod. My family came here for the rehearsal dinner the night before my wedding and I was able to call ahead and talk to the manager about how they handle gluten cross-contamination in the kitchen.

The whole staff was very patient and responsive to my questions. They'e willing and able to make almost every entree gluten free to a celiac standard. As long as you make your server aware of your needs, they can take good care of you.

I ate the best pan-roasted lobster I've ever had in my life and the entire wedding party (full of hard-to-please NYC foodies) was extremely happy with the quality & value here. We'll definitely be coming back!!

Fantastic experience! Waiter very knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer, he immediately went to find out. Had a sea bass special that was gluten free as-is. Will definitely be back!

Excellent meal. The chef is very aware of celiac and gluten free. Only restaurant that I've been to that has the items that are NOT gluten free marked, of which there were only a couple. Good wine options as well. Will definitely go back.

I don't know their level of minimizing cross contamination, but everything is made in house and they know what is in everything and have designated gf items on the menu .
