Amazing! We loved the waffles and the battered chicken. Make sure to ask for their list of GF topppings, so much easier to sort and get excited about. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and a great vibe. What an amazing find.

I had a gf waffle,it was decent. They do have a separate area for gf. They had a lot of different options for waffles. However the food is mediocre at best!

I enjoyed the waffle and they had a seperate list of which toppings are Gluten Free. One of the waffles which was GF did come out with Fried onions on top even though I had stated I was GF and needed precautions to reduce cross contamination.

We loved this place! We drove 30 minutes to to eat breakfast at Capital Waffle and returned for a second day. The GF waffles are Celiac safe and delicious! They have a lot of GF toppings. There is a separate GF waffles maker. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Can't wait to go back!

What a treat to get a gf waffle! Ask for the listing of gf toppings. Please note, most of their waffles are not gf so make sure you specify gf. Fantastic service. Very knowledgeable about gf. They also have options for gf breakfast tacos.

Absolutely delicious! Friendly folks, amazing options and great fresh brewed coffee. Support this shop if you are celiac or gluten intolerant! I had the bacon queso and egg and put the chicken on top. I won’t eat for hours. Hopeful the have continued success and expand, they’d be a hit in ATX!

All the waffle batter is gluten free therefore no contamination of the waffle iron/utensils! My dad who can eat gluten couldn't even tell his was waffle was gf and doubted me when I told him it was! They have a wide variety of gluten free toppings as well, including gf chicken tenders! They also have yummy gf breakfast tacos. 10/10 recommend for celiacs.

Delicious gf apple fritter waffles with actual bits of Granny Smith apples. So yummy. So many gf options due to the gf batter plus gf battered chicken (though I didn’t try it). Tiny restaurant without much seating. All tables of 2 but worth it to squeeze in.
