Capo's NY Pizza & Italian Ristorante

We went to Capo's restaurant on Cobb pkwy for lunch today and were greeted by Daniel. He was bartender, waiter and chef. We were the only ones there at the time because we were early for lunch. We stated we were celiac and he immediately went thru the menu with the available food. He went into great detail about how food was prepped explaining surfaces, practices and ingredients. Fantastic. We highly recommend Capo's restaurant if you are gluten-free. We will be back. Other guests came in while we were there and he treated everyone with respect. Daniel was great. We again, recommend Capo's.

This place was amazing! They have gf pasta and all sauces are gf. You can build your own or order a classic. I had chicken Lazio and it was delicious!! I highly recommend this place and wish I found it earlier!
