Review of Capriccio

Their gf crust tastes great, but I got sick. I ordered an arugula salad pizza and talked through the ingredients and that I had celiac with the person on the phone. I asked her to make a note for the kitchen that it was like an allergy. Our receipt even said “celiacs” next to my order, but there must be cross contamination or the person who answered the phone wasn’t knowledgeable enough about the ingredients to be telling me what was safe. I tested my leftovers in the Nima the next day and gluten was found.
