The best gluten free bun I have ever had. Seriously. And I learned today that the chips that come with sandwiches are made in the fryer with fresh oil every morning before they start using it for anything with gluten. So house made chips and a magnificent sandwich. They have a gluten free menu and understand precautions. Been eating here a long time but the buns are new.

They had a GF menu. All Mediterranean items were GF, without the pita bread, plus they had several other GF options. I had the Mediterranean chicken and it was good. I don’t know about dedicated space - I am not celiac.
