GF CLAM CHOWDER!! Yes! They are very knowledgeable. Had grilled fish and chowder. They have a GF seafood Alfredo made with rice noodles which i cant wait to come back and try.. Shared fryer, so no deep fried stuff is the only reason I gave 4 stars as "chips" would have been great with my fish. Tarter sauce is GF too.

This is a low end restaurant. I was happy with my crab melt on gluten free bread, as I have been having to eat mostly salads in Oregon, but my husband said his fish and chips were bland and not a fresh good piece of fish.

If you’re looking for fine dining, this isn’t it, but it’s a solid choice for something a notch above casual. The clam chowder is delicious and it’s GF. Most of the seafood can be prepared the way you want it, and they even have a GF Seafood Seafood Alfredo.
DH and I each ordered a bowl of chowder and shared the No Batter Seafood Platter. It was more than enough food, and we were able to sample two fish varieties, shrimp skewers, large prawns, scallops, and oyster.
The service was very good, and the waitress was kind enough to spend time talking us through our options. We will definitely come back next time we’re in the area.

They have a really yummy gluten free bread. it’s quite small, but it tastes amazing. you have to get your fish grilled with no batter in order for it to be gluten free, but it’s still amazing in a sandwich with the GF bread. i know they also have GF pasta i just haven’t tried it:)

There are options for the fish and chips to be grilled with no breading or grilled and blackened. I didn't specify GF when I ordered, so my fries were battered. The waitress was super friendly and got me a new order of GF fries right away. The grilled fish was good and the fries were just ok.
friendly, knowledgeable and patient. basically the 3 most important things we look for. no dedicated fryer but offered to pan fry to avoid cross contamination. even some little mistakes were painlessly rectified.
highly recommend.
We picked the Captain's Choice because 2 of 3 of us are gluten free. We ordered the open face crab shrimp sandwich on gf bread. Heather was our server and did a great job helping us through the menu. Hope to return in the near future!
Yes
I asked about gluten free as soon as we were approached with menus. The woman told me anything grilled and not breaded is gf, and that they have gf fries but they're fried in the same fryer as everything else. When I told her common cooking spaces doesn't allow these items to be gluten-free, her response was an immediate, sarcastic "well, not everyone is as gluten-free as you are," then she quickly rattled off having rice pasta and gf bread and hurried away while scratching her crotch. As someone with Celiac disease, I was not confident in this staff caring about my needs, or providing a clean, positive experience for us. My husband and I left.

My 17 year old daughter gets embarrassed ordering for herself and finding her voice in public, trying to encourage her to not be such a people pleaser and being open and honest. She has had lots of health issues and it's tough enough eating out with some food allergies (gluten being one of them along with me not able to do gluten either) to communicate. Her pasta was gross and she said she could handle it and talk to the waitress when I said to say something, btw she never complains and always just takes one for the team and is completely selfless with being others centered. She was just going to get a burger instead, which I thought was very reasonable; however, when she tried to talk to the waitress Chelsea was very rude and snooty and said unless it's raw or undercooked tough luck if it doesn't tasted good is basically what she said. We were completely embarrassed and got out of there as quick as possible and went to shark bites to get my daughter some food. I have honestly never seen such a thing in working in the food industry and having experienced a few dishes in my day where they were quick to make my experience right and get me something I enjoyed to eat. Not here! Honestly embarrassed and completely appalled at how they treated me and my daughter - even talking extremely loud and down to us. My dish was no battered seafood mix and mediocre at best. Raw oysters I got for appetizer were good.
Just had a crab melt with gf bread and the waitress also asked if I would like my fries gluten free. The crab melt had a ton of crab on it! The tarter sauce was also a nice addition to the sandwich. I'm glad I was able to enjoy this place on vacation. It is also decorated real cute!
staff very knowledgeable, many options including GF pasta (rice noodles), has GF dessert but I did not have it; felt lots of food for price. if in area again would definitely return. waitress said they are currently investigating a way to make their breaded products GF.
Yes
I got the club sandwich--gf bread was good--they didn't toast to avoid cross contamination. GF fries available, but cooked in same fryer as breaded stuff. GF pasta (rice noodles) available.
Ok chowder, delicious club with gf bread!!
Great service, goods food, and careful with special requests!
The halibut was very very good. I am also dairy free so they made sure it was grilled with no butter.
GF menu includes rice pasta, Alfredo sauces, NE clan chowder and Udi's bread for sandwiches. They do make fresh French fries that are GF as opposed to their reg coated fries, BUT they are not GF deep fried so we didn't eat them. I had grilled cod with the salad bar, my bf had the chippino and chowder, and my bf son had the skippers club sandwich (huge!) on Udi bread. Only hitch was the 2 servings of non-GF garlic toast that came with our entrees. We didn't think to ask/double check for Udi toast with our entrees. Our server was Curtis, friendly and prompt but not entirely GF educated (dedicated fryer) but answered questions well. No one got sick :)
