Best gluten free pizza I've had!! I don't know what they do but it's legit. It's even good reheated! The waitress (Lisa) ensured the cooking staff knew it was for celiac disease to ensure proper precautions were followed and 24 hours later, no reaction!

My spouse called in advance and was told they have gluten free pasta that they boil in separate pots and all their sauces are gluten free.

They gave gluten free pasta and pizza. All sauces are GF. Had the grilled chicken parm. Delicious.
