I was so so pleased to find out that Carbone had gluten free pasta! I was warned about the risk of cross contamination, given it’s a shared kitchen where everything is made from scratch, but as someone who’s very sensitive, I had no reaction. The waiter was extremely familiar with the gluten free options and said he deals with it regularly. He asked if I was celiac, and when my food arrived, the dish name was mentioned as “celiac.”
I’m easily the new biggest fan of Major Food Group, thanks to their knowledge of gluten free and really really good food. My boyfriend confirmed the gluten free pasta tasted nearly the same as the regular one.
