Review of Carbone's Kitchen

Went for a reception and when I mentioned that I couldn't have anything on the preset menu due to a gluten allergy, the waiter made sure to bring me a salad without croutons, separate gf pasta as opposed to the family style dish everyone else shared, checked with the kitchen about making an eggplant dish that was safe and brought me a separate dessert!
