First, I did not get sick from here, which is so great! Unfortunately, I did think the food was not good at all. Even my party of 8 who all eat gluten said they were severely disappointed with their food.

Oh my gosh... loved this place! Great service, safe dedicated gf iron for their waffles 😍 I have seizures when exposed to Gluten. Totally felt safe eating here.

This place is amazing! I’ve eaten here at least three times without issue and love trying their specials. Great atmosphere and food!

I ordered at the counter, the woman brought out the bag of gf flour so I could read the ingredients (I have additional allergies) and it was Bob's Red Mill. She said the gf is in a seperate area. I had the blueberry, it was good, and I did not get glutened.

I admit I was skeptical at first, so we played games here many times before getting waffles. Boy, I was missing out. They have a separate protocol for gluten free waffles and I've never gotten sick -- and the waffles are incredible. Both the sweet and savory waffles are great -- I've gotten the Waco, Buffalo Chicken, and Blueberry, and would recommend them all! My friends wonder about my raving about these waffles until they try them -- then they want to come back!

Omg this is sooo good! Asked if gluten sensitivities or allergy as they have separate protocols. Have the blueberry waffle. Plenty of toppings- soft and crunchy and so delicious. Best waffle I have had in years!

I had the Wacho a few months ago and absolutely loved this! Since I have dined there, they added a GF waffle mix. (So I'll have to go back and try them again) Still, when I was there I was informed that they had a dedicated waffle maker for GF orders, and I was able to customize my order too. (I can't have cilantro). I really enjoyed my food, and didn't experience any issues after I ate. I will definitely be going back to this establishment!

Dedicated gf waffle maker! Try the fried pickles or the apple pie waffles! Nearly everything on the menu can be made with their gf waffles and, in fact, the gf waffles are so tasty that they use them as the standard base waffle for the pizza waffle. The staff is very very aware of GF and I’ve never gotten sick.
