Legit this place seemed too good to be true. Talked with the staff and they told me they take gf and vegan very seriously. Items are clearly marked on the menu. Come early or make a reservation they fill up fast for dinner! The fried calamari was amazing and the sauce for the Brie and wings was to die for, a must stop for foodies

Cardinal offered an almost entirely GF menu with: house made GF crackers, GF deep fried items, GF spirits, GF bun substitutes, GF house made tortillas, GF BBQ and a GF dessert. Thank god!!

Cardinal Spirits has recently started making a large portion of their menu GF or with a GF option available. Those options are listed clearly on the menu and, when placing an order online, there's also a place to indicate that you would like it GF. Everything that I've ordered from there has been incredible. I've recently had a prime rib sandwich on a GF bun, a characuterie board, and their pork tacos. I'd recommend them all!

A from scratch kitchen with menus changing each season. The menu is small, but there are always gluten free, vegetarian/vegan options available - just ask the server! The vodka is made from grapes, so no gluten, no problem!
