Wow. Wow. Wow. The staff is so knowledgeable. One of the head chef's has Celiac disease so they completely changed their gluten free approach to reduce cross contamination. Ask for the gluten free menu but they can make almost anything gluten free if you ask because everything is made to order. The bread is delicious!! Make a reservation, this place is always booked.
