Caretti's Pizza and Il Ristorante

The owner of this little shop is eager to talk to you and explain what he does to help out to feed people with gluten-free needs. The homemade mozzarella sticks are to die for (maintains a separate fryer for them). He also offers a gluten-free lasagna which looked beautiful but was not to my taste. I will give them another try when I pass through again.
