Cariera's has the most amazing atmosphere and food of any restaurant I have ever been to I am totally gluten-free they cater to your every need and I'm also allergic to black pepper and they make sure they make everything from scratch love Cariera's we have all of our parties there the best restaurant I've ever eaten at anywhere in the world ❤

I called ahead to verify gluten free pasta. The waiter seemed knowledgeable and let me know that he would make sure there is no bread added to my plate. But I still ended up getting sick once I got home. On a positive note every thing tasted good. I'm not sure if there was a cross contamination issue or if they didn't use gf noodles at all.
