Ate here twice before with awesome service and options. Went there today 4/2019... No longer offer a gluten free menu! 🤬
No
Tried to eat here 2/7/19 and was told that they no longer serve gluten free pasta. Isn't that the reason for going to an Italian restaurant? Gluten free dessert had also vanished. Such a disappointment.
Service was horrible. Salad had croutons picked off evidenced by the crumbs left behind. Gluten free pasta dish had cold bacon and chicken was rubbery. Will not be back.
I’ve eaten here three times in the last year. They have a separate kitchen area and almost any pasta on the menu can be made gluten free. I always make sure I let the waiter know how sensitive I am as a celiac and they seem to go above and beyond to make sure it is gluten free.

Ordered a pasta dish from the gluten free menu and half way through eating my pasta I found a normal pasta noodle in my food. Not safe

NOT celiac friendly. The waiter and kitchen were great but their menu is not true GF. I trusted reviews here and their menu and got sick immediately I had to leave my kids with their dad to finish eating so I could be home and be miserable. Later my husband checked the online allergy list and the items they gave me ( Caesar salad no croutons and Alfredo with Pene noodles that were in gf menu) both clearly say contain wheat but “not other gluten” I completely blame management and whoever does the menu, they need to be more aware and educated on what gluten is.

This is a great restaurant. I've eaten at this Carinos many times since living in Lubbock and I have never been sick. The servers have always been fantastic and seem to understand.

Always feel safe at Carino's with my wheat allergic son.
The waiter was knowledgeable about Celiac and which foods were for sure safe to eat. In Lubbock, they only offer g-free penne for the pasta - I was a bit disappointed by that since their online menu offered spaghetti. That aside, the food was excellent and they actually offered lava cake as a dessert instead if just vanilla ice cream. Strongly recommend Carino's in Lubbock on Slide Road!

I was very impressed with the server in the manager. They took time to listen to my questions and answer them even if it meant they had to take a little extra time. They paid close attention to my request, and accommodated me in a very satisfactory manner. The gluten free menu had plenty of delicious options. I left feeling fully satisfied!
Haven't tried Carinos yet, but wanted to say that Olive Garden has GF pasta now :)
Chicken was fabulous. NO GF Pasta in Lubbock Texas.
So many options and the food was delicious. I told them I was gluten-free and asked if I had an allergy. My plate was a different color than the others in my party, so I assume that was to signal to the kitchen to be careful. No complaints!

Server brought a gluten free menu with about 15 options. I ordered the rosemary lemon chicken. Our food came out very quickly. It was the best gluten free Italian meal I’ve eaten out to date. Prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

They have a very nice Gluten Free Menu. I had the Shrimp Scallopini and it was very good. Salad was great too! Enjoyed my experience!

Hands down one of the best gluten free experiences I've had. The portions were HUGE. Our waitress seemed very knowledgeable about everything. There's a whole menu of just gluten free stuff. Plenty of options. Did I say the portions were huge? I swear my husband's leftovers weighed 40 pounds. Prices weren't bad either. Prices aren't on the menu but our meals were around $18. Highly recommend!!
