Good gf pizza! Pizza seemed to be the only gf option, but I enjoyed it and didn’t get sick!

Carlitos is in the Banff Inn, which is great if you’re staying in the hotel. They only have a few gluten free options, and offer both in-restaurant service, takeout and delivery. The service wasn’t great and the food is nothing special.

We ordered a gluten free pizza and a burger (non-gf). They quoted us 25 minutes and I waited downstairs by the entrance. Over an hour later the meal was finally ready. Got back to the room and it was clearly not a freshly made pizza and had been reheated a few times. They remade the pizza which took another 25 minutes.

Pizza was still not that great, but we’ve had worse. The non-gf person who had the burger wasn’t impressed with it either. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

Excellent GF pizza. Ate here last night (did take out due to COVID) and we ordered GF for the celiac and non-GF for the non-celiacs and everyone really enjoyed and had zero issues. Menu has clear GF options. Also ate here when in Banff last September - great GF place - recommended!!

We ordered from Carlito’s on a Friday in Banff. Service was quick and the pizza was very good. We ordered regular crust pizza and gluten free pizza for me as I’m celiac. I was impressed with the crust. I was also happy with the options. I would definitely recommend.
