Carlo's Pizza

when i was diagnosed, i knew the food i’d miss the most was carlo’s pizza. luckily, they can make 12 inch personal pies on prepackaged cauliflower crust. they prepare it in a dedicated space with separate toppings and it cooks in its own pan so it doesn’t touch anything. they do cook it in the same oven at the same time as gluten pizza, but if you ask, they will cook it separately. one of the owners has a relative with celiac so he gets it. was sooo happy that i could eat here with no reaction, i’ve been coming since i was born
