The servers and food preppers are very cautious and knowledgeable about Celiac and Gluten Free. I am a very sensitive Celiac and felt completely comfortable with how they prepared my meal. It was a huge portion and it was fantastic!

Their personal gluten free pizza (12 inch) did not make my child sick. It has a thin crispy crust with an excellent taste. Very good option for a meal when you are craving pizza.

Great gluten free pizza options! There is both a gluten free pizza and cauliflower pizza option. The pizza is cooked in an aluminum tin and staff will use a clean cutter.

I really liked their pizza and the pizza crust. Nice and crispy with very tasty topping to chose from.

Nothing but good things to say about Carlos pizza! I get the cauliflower pie either Buffalo, regular or the Greek salad pie all delicious. Their grilled chicken with gf penne and vodka sauce is also out of this world! Have been eating here for years and have never gotten sick.

Pizza is cooked on its own dish in the oven. By far the best gluten free crust I’ve had- they always make the Buffalo pie for me with grilled chicken and It’s delicious! I eat here frequently and I’ve never gotten sick.
