Carl's is the only place I have ever seen that always has a line. No matter the time of day, the time of year, or the weather. People are always waiting their turn, and for good reason. The quality is amazing and the taste is incredible. They have strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla frozen custard, and will make you several types of shakes. All amazing. All gluten free, as long as you get it without a cone. I've gone 4 times over the course of as many years now without any problems. I will certainly visit again, but likely not in the summer becuase a 1 hour wait is not unusual. In short, don't go. You wouldn't like it. Just let the people who know about it already suffer for you. You can thank us later.tl;dr - Amazing. Gluten free frozen custard. You should go. Be aware of the line when it gets warmer.
