Love this space. Lots of options can be made gluten free, baked goods and bread come from Sift. Staff is also knowledgeable and able to answer questions.

Delicious egg sandwiches on gluten free bread and wonderful coffee. Plentiful selection of GF items from Sift bakery also available. Good service and a cute location for a great GF breakfast in MPLS.

I come here regularly. They recently started carrying Sift baked goods, which is nice. They usually have a few options. They are separately stored covered or wrapped in plastic wrap. They have gf bread for breakfast sandwiches but shared toasters. Staff are great and always willing to answer questions, but I don’t believe they are trained on cross contact prevention, though you should ask what they can do if you really want a sandwich. Last I checked, their oat milk was not certified gf. So, a couple safe options, but not a well-rounded option for celiacs, at least.

Cute cafe. All their sandwiches can be made gluten free, and they have a few different bakery items too. I tried their gf banana bread!
