I called first and spoke to the chef. He assured me the GF pasta is made in a separate pot and they avoid cross contamination. He warned me the GF pizza is made in the same oven as all the pizzas. I expected a nice restaurant but it is really a nicer local pizza joint. We almost left, but I’m so glad we didn’t. The caprese salad was delicious and the oil and garlic on the pasta was flavored perfectly. And I didn’t get sick.
