My husband ordered take out for my birthday and on the phone they assured him they are aware and precautious to ensure cross contamination don’t happen. They use a separate place to prepare the gf food and use fresh water and utensils for the pasta.

We were told most pasta dishes can be prepared gluten free and gluten free pasta can be substituted. I got the shrimp scampi pasta and it was incredible. My daughters got the marinara with Italian sausage (meatballs are not gf) and it was also amazing.

The food was ok. They have gluten free pasta and the waiter said that most meals they would alter. I just wansnt overly impressed.

The place is too small but that's part of their plan and the exclusivity you'll enjoy. Best GF Italian food in the area. Call ahead!!!

Have been here many times. Never been sick from them. There noodles are very good. RP's pasta handmade in Madison. Wait staff have always been great and know their menu well.

The food is delicious. They made gluten free pasta with white sauce for the kids and it was delicious also. They don't use wheat flour bases for their cream sauces, which great. Pricey, but the food and service is worth it.

They had gluten free pasta and two different sauces to choose from. The staff was extremely sweet and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend

My first time in an Italian restaurant in 10 yrs due to Celiac, so I was very scared but they were very knowledgeable and assured me that they are careful not to cross contaminate and the food was absolutely delicious. Rave reviews from me!!

They use R.P.'S fresh Gluten free fusilli pasta! So good! Highly recommend.

GF pasta and I had a knowledgable waitress.

Couldn't tell my pasta was gf... delicious! Not a gf facility, but they took extra care to avoid contamination. I did not react.

This was by far one of the most flavorful meal and the gf pasta was cooked to perfection. When reheated it was just as good the first time around. Loved the atmosphere. They had gf beer, only New Grist but had lots of wine to choose from.

This restaurant came so highly recommended by many. Ate my 1st meal there today. Waitress said most entered could be modified to be GF; however, she didn't ask me any questions to clarify my restrictions. Had Chicken Marsala. About 1 1 /2 hr later I had burning in my chest (my symptom that Gluten was in food) & nauseous. Not happy that we spent $100 only to feel miserable for rest of the day!!! Please improve your quality standards & educate you staff!!!!!

The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. The Scottish Salmon with the Risotto is absolutely fantastic.

Any of their pasta dishes can be made with gluten free fusilli. Very delishes, had the ariana.
