Our server was very good about finding out what I could eat, but the manager couldn’t confidently tell me which items were or weren’t safe. He was very kind, but wasn’t 100% sure. When my plate initially came out, there were hush puppies on my plate, right on top of my pork. The food is good, but unsure if it’s safe.

The pork is very good! So was the creamy slaw.

We were a group of 7 and 2 of us can't eat anything containing gluten. I called ahead and spoke to a great person named Justin.

Justin made sure we had a table waiting and had a menu highlighted with items that were safe to eat for both my daughter and myself.

The food was amazing and the service was OUTSTANDING!! Definitely recommend and definitely going back!!

We were looking for a local BBQ joint in our travels and found this place. I called to ask if their sauces and meat were GF and they confidently answered yes. When we got there I asked again and same answer. My husband ordered the ribs and I ordered the pulled pork (vinegar based). Both were excellent. They don’t have GF buns and many sides are fried. Potato Salad, baked beans, coleslaw, and green beans were the GF options for side items. Very pleasant server. Simple atmosphere. I recommend it.
