The gluten-free items are listed on the menu and some other items can be made GF on request. Our waiter talked to the chef before I ordered to make sure everything would be safe for a celiac. The brined chicken was absolutely fantastic - possibly the best I've ever had! The GF bread offered with dinner was, dare I say, actually GOOD. Delicious food, GF options and a great location in Colorado wine country. I'll definitely be back!!
