Carol's Coffee And Art Bar

Carol is ever present and as warm as her artsy, cozy cafe. The coffee drinks were good, and she had a large variety of yummy GF sweets, and is known for her layered coconut cake which was awesome. She also offers GF wraps, bread, and my favorite-the everything bagel. The breakfast bagel with egg and bacon was to die for! Felt safe because she has celiac herself. Definitely recommend you visit!

Carol was so friendly and helpful! She made the best smoothie GF and dairy free.There were plenty of homemade, GF desserts to choose from. I had pie again!!! Its been a long time lol. The oven and mixer are shared but she said they cook at separate times of the day and everything is meticulously cleaned.

The owner is celiac and knows how to cook gluten free. Her soup, sandwiches and pies are all delicious. I haven’t sampled her cookies and cakes yet but plan to do it soon! As an added bonus, there’s often live music at lunchtime.
