Carol’s Little Sweet Bakery

I found this place through my church and saw they had gluten free options. I can’t have any CC so I messaged the owner, she seems very knowledgeable about severe allergens and how to handle CC. I’ll put her response below. I tried her GF chocolate chip cookie and it was very yummy. My dad compared the GF cookie to the regular one and ended up liking the GF one better! While this isn’t an all GF establishment, I felt safe eating it. She also offers vegan and nut free options.
