Review of Carrabba's

I went here with high hopes because I had read they had a gluten free menu and were great with gluten free options. I was really disappointed at the Independence location.

The waitress was very unhelpful. She said she didn’t know if anything was gluten free. When asked if she could check she came back and I had to ask again. She finally said I would have to look online to find their gluten free choices.

What I had found online was that there were supposed to be lots of gluten free options and gluten free pasta, etc. This waitress knew nothing about anything. She didn’t seem to care to find out.

She did say she had only worked there a couple of weeks. Hopefully it was just this particular waitress but I ended up only eating some caprese and having a drink. I left hungry and not happy.
