Visited this restaurant with family. I was assured by family members that I would have safe options. I ordered salmon and veggies, which I was assured were gluten free. My food was brought out next to family members pasta’s and breads. I didn’t think much of it at the time. My waitress, during dinner rush, brought our our food, left it in the middle of the aisle, out in the open as people walked by, and left it there for 10 minutes while she retrieved the rest of the orders. I begrudgingly ate it, knowing I would later regret it.

I had the worst stomach pain of my life within hours. I was cramping, nauseous, you name it for days afterward. I broke out in full body hives for a week afterward. To this day, I’m not sure how exactly I was glutened, or if I also had some slight food poisoning, but I will never be returning and I highly, highly suggest if you are gluten free/have a gluten allergy, or are celiac that you AVOID THIS CARRABBA’S LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Not only did I become ill, the food was downright horrible. I could’ve went to the store and bought a frozen gluten free TV dinner that would’ve tasted better than the $25 salmon that made me hate my life.
