Review of Carrabba's

I found the menu easy to read, with several options. Server seemed knowledgeable and obliged when I asked for my food to be made in a different part of the kitchen, double checked with the manager to make certain the sauce I requested was GF. I got a house salad and Alfredo with chicken, sautéed mushrooms, & peas on gf noodles. Did not get sick.
