Review of Carrabba's

I went to Carabba’s for my Aunt’s birthday because it’s her favorite restaurant. They had “gluten free items” marked on the menu. However, the server didn’t even know what gluten was, not to mention celiac disease. I ordered and off their gluten free selections and made it clear I was sensitive to cross contamination. I ended up getting very sick. The food was alright, but not anything worth getting sick over.
