Though the menu is not labeled, the restaurant only uses gluten in a couple of menu items. The Staff was very knowledgeable about Celiac and cross-contamination and made me feel very comfortable eating. Our waitress Kelsey, was very aware of what Celiac disease was and did a great job of adding notes to our order and went and checked with the Chef before the order was cooked and after it was ready to confirm no cross-contamination occurred. We also spoke with the manager on duty who was just as knowledgeable about which menu items were safe.
