Dining at Piazza was super special as I was able to attend a wine dinner. When I was diagnosed with Celiac, I was sure that no chef would ever be able to modify a “wine dinner” to manage my Celiac disease. When the dinner was announced, I glanced at it and it looked like it “could be” largely gluten free. There was a soy glaze on one dish but when I called, the hostess offered to check with the chef who stated that he was already using gluten free soy sauce for the dish. Fresh local foods and micro greens plus great pairings. What a treat - and they just launched a new menu with many gluten free options.
