Server was very knowledgeable and kitchen staff had protocols in place to avoid cc. I had the spinach and field greens salad with grilled chicken (grilled in a separate pan, change of gloves, etc.) It was very tasty and I did not get sick.

Loved this upscale restaurant in downtown Lexington. Mainly good for a terrific steak combo. Waiter was very knowledgeable about gluten. Highly recommend.

My meal was great! My waitress was great and knowledgeable, anything she didn’t know she asked the chef. She made sure to note I had celiacs. I substituted cheese grits for potato’s as they were in a shared fryer.

Carson’s offers a gluten free bun, and delicious apps that are gluten free! Their portion sizes are very large and great for a date night or family dinner; there is something for everyone here. Although the menu could be more clearly marked.

Been to Carson’s 5 times and gotten sick every single time! Do not go to that place if you Celiac.Servers take orders and promise it’s gluten free.My last visit the server told me that people lie about their allergies and he doesn’t really pay close attention to it.This is so wrong!!! Every time I went I try to order and modify it myself and gotten sick every single time.Definitely NO more for me no matter how much I liked that place.

We were on a quick trip to Lexington and came here for brunch. Our waiter, Tyler, was knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. I had salmon eggs Benedict and it was delicious.
