CVM now carries gluten free bread and will make any sandwich gluten free. I had the monte cristo with gluten free bread and it was so good!

Carta Valley is under new ownership which is very knowledgable about celiac and the gluten free needs. The owner said they have a dedicated fryer and utensils for gluten free. They just received Schar Gluten free bread and will work with you to make items on the menu gluten free and to ensure safety for those with celiac. The owner and staff are extremely helpful. An absolutely wonderful experience and highly recommend.
