I give CarterQue 5 stars! I went with a larger group and several kids on 6/25/23. We had 3 different food allergies in our group (gluten, dairy, tree nuts) and we were given the allergy friendly menu, which labeled every single item and the major allergy it contained (I added pictures to this site), but we wanted to double check ingredients and the hostess went down to the boxes themselves and took pictures of each label on her phone and then showed us to verify allergies! It was an amazing experience! I felt extremely confident in the staff and none of us got sick! Highly recommend!!

Delicious food and their barbecue sauce is GF. Try the overstuffed baked potato with grilled meat cheeses and barbecue sauce. While they don’t have gluten-free markings on the menu, they do have a laminated sheet they will bring you to tell you which items on their menu are GF. If they had a gluten-free menu, I would’ve given them 5 stars.

We had a great lunch, one gf, one not. Delicious choices and all the BBQ meats AND BBQ sauces are gf. But.. it would be nice if they had their gluten free menu available with the other menus and it would be nice if they really offered gf breads/buns as listed on this app. We asked the hostess for a gf menu when she grabbed the regular menus. She said she’d bring one to the table and our waiter did- after drinks were ordered and served. Overall it is a great place and gluten guy and gf girl enjoyed it! Oh, gf girl had a stuffed Baled spud with BBQ pork, cheddar cheese, and a blackberry BBQ sauce! Yum

This BBQ joint has a gluten-free menu and the chef changes their gloves in the kitchen so there is no cross contamination. The pulled pork and brisket is delicious and all of their bbq sauces are gluten-free.
