I chanced eating here yesterday as we’re traveling and the options are minimal in this town. I had a lengthy discussion with the owner about the absolute need for my pasta to be cooked in a clean pot with clean water. My pasta was delicious and I did not become ill. That said, I don’t think this is a true option for celiacs. Definitely the gf pizza would be out as the regular pizza is being made from scratch next to all toppings and the ovens. (Pasta is prepared in the back far away from pizza. )

First off let me say I have gluten sensitivity not Celiacs. That being said I love their gluten free pizza!!!!!!!! It's priced fairly, comes in different sizes, isn't burnt, and they give you a special pizza cutter that you can take home and use.
