Decided to try this place tonight. I asked the waiter what the gluten free options were - he gave me a puzzled look. He had obviously never heard of gluten. After a series of questions, I was able to ascertain that the chips are fried in a shared fryer and that I should avoid them.

Ultimately, I decided to just sip on margaritas while my friends ate. I am confident that the staff is not trained on gluten/allergies.
