Review of Casa Carlos 1936 Restaurante Tradicional

This restaurant is a HIDDEN GEM in the tourist district off off La Playa Malagueta. The food was perfection! Wow! We were 2 with no food allergies & 1 with celiac disease. 85% of the menu was fine for celiac & the owner was 100% confident of ingredients and what contained gluten -- it made all of us feel confident as well. Food was fresh and well-cooked. Owner was knowledgeable and engaging. Prices were reasonable like a neighborhood restaurant should be even though it is in the 5-star tourist hotel district, next to the Gran Hotel Miramar Malaga.
