They have a well marked digital menu with allergen info. You can select your (free) tapa when you order a drink. There was only one gluten free tapa option when I was there, not sure if this rotates. The dinner menu had a much larger selection of gf items. Very nice location, indoor and outdoor seating in the sun. Near Palacio se la Congresso so convenient before a concert.
