Casa Columbia is unfortunately a well kept secret. I went with my team at work to try something different and the food was superb. I went back a couple weeks later with my wife and she loved it too. She even chose there for her birthday. The owner is very friendly.
As for GF, they have a lot of breaded items on the menu, but the main platter, item #1, is GF, a ton of food, and incredibly tasty. I would highly recommend it.
I said not celiac friendly because I'm not sure about cooking conditions for cross contamination and what not.

I talk to Carlos (owner & chef) every time I go. He makes all of his authentic Columbian dishes fresh to order. He ensures my food is gluten free and always has something good for me to try. The food is excellent. Just tell them you need to be gluten free.
