I was really excited at first to see their menu. There were so many gluten free choices. But when asked it turned out that they do not have a dedicated fryer. So that meant half of the items that were marked gluten free actually were not safe. So disappointing. But what I did have was very good and filling and the staff was very friendly

Tasty food helpful to accommodate food allergies. I enjoyed fish tacos with rice and beans. Delicious and filling! Chips don’t have a dedicated fryer.

The online menu and in person menu aren’t the exact same, but after getting the El Mirador combo during a trip for the holidays I haven’t been able to get the deliciousness out of my head! If I lived closer I’d probably be there far more often. Just delicious. And while I’m not celiac, I get instant hives in my mouth from the slightest cross-contamination and haven’t gotten sick in my couple visits.

I have Celiac and I've never gotten sick at Casa. They have quite a few gluten free options. Although it has always been my favorite, I was very disappointed with my experience the other day. I noticed their salmon tacos were gf but their other fish tacos were not. So out of curiosity, I asked why. I was told that the fish ones were gluten free. That there are mistakes on their gf labeling. She said one of their burritos says gluten free when it is not. So of course, being on edge, I asked for her to go confirm with the chefs before I ordered that the tacos were truly gf. She said she knew they were so she didn't need to. Please take your customers, very loyal ones at that, a little more seriously when they have a serious illness.
