Although they do not have a specifically gluten-free menu, I told our server that I have a gluten allergy. She made it a point to go to the kitchen and check the content of the corn chips served with salsa. As it turned out, they contained wheat so I knew to avoid them. She and her manager made me feel confidant that me order would be prepared with no risk of cross contamination. I ordered the Fajitas Mexicana without tortillas, and it may be the most delicious meal I’ve ever eaten in a Mexican restaurant. My husband and daughter had the chimichanga special and said it was equally delicious. Wonderful food, wonderful service, and attentiveness to my dietary needs made for a great experience. Highly recommend!
