I’m not celiac, but I’m intolerant and pretty sensitive. You can get flautas (fried) and soft tacos on corn tortillas with either chicken or beef safely, but beware of the cross contact in the fryer for anything fried like chips or flautas. I’ve never gotten sick, but again I’m just intolerant. Their guac is pretty good and is confirmed gluten free, as well as their salsa, chicken, and beef, but not sure about other meats.
