Thin crust but chewy... I don't think it was cooked long enough.
They put the pizza on a tray to avoid cross contamination, then immediately cancelled this out by using the same ladle. Not safe for Celiacs.

Excellent GF pies that are about 12 inches. The thin crust doesn't crumble to pieces and it's nice and crisp.
