Best gluten free pizza crust I’ve had. It wasn’t hard and crunchy. Was soft without being soggy or undercooked.

Owner was very upfront about the fact that the pizza is gluten reduced not gluten free simply by the fact that there’s a lot of gluten (flour) all around the shop and they can’t promise no CC
