The restaurant is NOT 100% gluten free. They have French toast for their brunch. When we requested that the server ask the chef to change their gloves when preparing our meal at brunch, the server said No and that they would not accommodate special requests… it was completely empty except our table. Another member of our party also said they had a dairy allergy, but their food came with cheese all over it. Very rude, dismissive service. And deceiving, as this is NOT a 100% gluten free restaurant, nor are they willing to make accommodations.

The entire menu (ex beers) is dedicated gluten free now according to the waitress. I had chips, queso fundido, and my friends had enchiladas. It was all delicious

Most of the menu is GF! I asked about the frier, sauces used, etc. The waiter was well informed and went back to the kitchen a few times to double check. I had the chips and guacamole and carnitas and felt fine afterward.

Absolutely delicious. Asked multiple questions about the fryer to confirm the corn chips were gluten free. Enjoyed a margarita, chips and salsa and guacamole (the guac was so so good bc of serrano peppers), and the mushroom tacos. So delicious. A little bloated but no other reaction so assume that was just due to the fried chips (not used to fried food).
