My family loves Casa’s. They have gf pasta (penne), pizza, and breadsticks. The breadsticks have gotten much better over the years and the pasta is always delicious. The Pasta con Verdura is an all time favorite and I’ve never had any issues with cross contamination. They also now offer a gf cheesecake for dessert!

We love this local fort wayne gem! The gf pasta is delicious and so is the casa salad- no crutons. You definitely get a smaller portion of pasta compared to the normal dishes and the prices keep creeping up but it's always been safe and yummy. Good date night place

The gluten free menu has lots of sauce variety and cheesecake! One type of pasta (penne I believe) but it has good flavor and texture. The breadsticks are gross—very doughy with a weird flavor.

The gluten free bread sticks were delicious BUT the chicken Alfredo was disgusting. They cheese sauce was grainy, extremely salty and very thin. The dish is naturally gluten free only substitute was the gluten free noodles. I would never go back there. No one seemed to care for their dishes either, I’m guessing everything is just pre-cooked and reheated. It was so gross.

The Casa restaurant at Stellhorn and Maplecrest is one of the few places in Fort Wayne that I can safely eat at as someone who has celiac disease. They have a gluten-free menu and plenty of options to choose from. My husband is not Celiac but he loves the gluten free pasta primavera and we share it along with the casaburo salad and gluten free breadsticks (which is basically the flat bread they make the gluten-free pizza on but it's still good). Just be aware though that I have heard other Celiacs say on occasion they have gotten glutened there which is discouraging because I've ate there often throughout the years and have never had a problem.

I think their GF pasta is really good. They can make the house salad without cheese which was still delicious.

Plenty of GF options. Salad is the greatest, and pasta is good.

Will be back! Nice GF menu choices, even a desert. We only got carryout this time, but they bagged my meal separately from the other gluten containing meals and bread that were orderd. Just FYI, no pizza is made at this location.
