Talked to the staff about cross contamination, what could and couldn’t be made gluten free. And just about everything can be made gluten free! All of their fried stuff is gluten free. They took my concerns seriously, said the chef would treat it like an allergy and wipe everything down. All of the gluten containing ingredients are prepared in a separate space.
